CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
All sales are final. If you receive a defective item, please email a photo of the it along with your order number to contact@grindhardplumbingco.com and we'll make it right.
CAN I CANCEL/CHANGE MY ORDER?
If you need to cancel or change your order, shoot us an email with your order number at contact@grindhardplumbingco.com as soon as possible. Once shipped, it's not possible to modify an order
WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?
Orders ship within 5 days of being placed. They usually arrive within 5 days after that in the US or within 4-6 weeks everywhere else. We do our best to ship your order as fast as possible. During giveaway times, processing might take a bit longer. If you need your order shipped right away, please shoot us an email with your order number and we'll take care of it.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY ADDITIONAL TAXES ON MY ORDER IF I’M LOCATED OUTSIDE OF THE US?
International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and other customs charges. The charges vary by country, and at this time, we are unable to calculate them in advance. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies, please contact your local customs office.
HOW DO I GET GIVEAWAY ENTRY CONFIRMATION?
All entries are automatic - you won't receive any confirmation from us with the amount of entries, but you will get them, no need to take any action
