Hey guys Edwin here and this is my baby... I drove the same truck from 16-24 years old and I had no idea how much fun driving could be until I bought this car. She is a 2002 BMW 325 CI that I am building out to be my first drift car. I bought the car in 2017 with 106,000 miles on the dash. It was lowered, on 3 piece BBS and already had the M3 hood and bumper. The came as an automatic so my first car project EVER was a 5 speed swap. This took me about a year as I had never even changed my oil before and I was way over my head. Eventually I got everything together and welded the diff with the help of Russel from Garage 52 in Spokane Washington. Next I gutted all the unnecessary interior and took the car back to Garage 52 for a custom roll cage. The cage building can be found in this video.
Next of course for the drift vert comes racing seats and harnesses. For seats I got two OMP TRS-E in red. This may have not been the best choice as they are impossible to keep clean but hey you live and you learn and in the mean time I am in love with the red interior. I went with Black Racequip 5-Piont Harnesses because they look great with the seats and I was recommended them by a friend.
